- IT Staffing: we recruit the engineers and you manage them as part of your team.
- IT Outsourcing: we build and manage the team in Turkey for you.
Our vetting process
Every candidate goes through an online technical exam on xobin and a technical interview before you meet them. We check English communication as part of the process when you work in English.
