What IT staffing in Turkey looks like with ITT

We work in two models, so you can choose how much of the team management you keep:

  • IT Staffing: we find and place the specialist; you manage the day-to-day work.
  • IT Outsourcing: we build and manage the team for you, and you receive the output.

Both models use the same search and vetting process, and both cover permanent and project-based needs.

Roles we staff

We recruit across 15 technology areas, including software development (backend, frontend, mobile, full-stack), DevOps and cloud, SAP and ERP, data and analytics, AI and machine learning, cyber security, QA and test automation, and IT project management.

How candidates are vetted

  1. Requirements: we agree on the role, the stack, seniority and working model.
  2. Search: we search our network of 245,000+ reachable IT professionals.
  3. Online exam: shortlisted candidates take a technical test on xobin.
  4. Technical interview: an interview checks real hands-on skills, not just the CV.
  5. Presentation and client interview: you meet only candidates who passed.
  6. Offer: we support the offer until the candidate starts.

How fast can you present candidates?

We aim to present the first vetted candidates within 2 weeks of agreeing on the role.

What happens if a placement doesn't work out?

Every placement has a 2-month guarantee. If the person leaves in that period, we find a replacement.
